She did not try to push me beyond my limits and was very attentive to my comfort level and provided me with a very clear understanding of the tasks at hand and how to achieve my goals. When Lina and I started working together, I was having a lot of trouble building muscle and knowing what my nutrition plan should look like in order to get that done. More than just a personal trainer… she is my physical therapist. Lina is a fantastic listener and goes out out of her way to check in and provide support between workouts. She has a very hands on approach which I like.

All I have to say about Lina is that she is great! First and foremost she truly cares about the client and it wasn’t just me, I witnessed this same commitment with others as well. Second, she is very knowledgeable and experienced and demonstrated the ability to adjust nicely to my individual needs and goals, giving special attention to post-surgical rehab of my left knee as well as the overall injury related conditions due to secondary loss of strength, mobility, flexibility, balance and functionality throughout. Probably the most important aspect of training with Lina was more than just acting as a constant source of external accountability, she was a real coach, recognizing the importance of SUPPORTING THE DESIRE TO REGAIN A SENSE OF MY OWN INNATE MOTIVATION AND SELF-DISCIPLINE. Despite multiple set-backs due to other intermittent physical issues, she never gave up on me and never let me give up on myself! Having lost over 14 total inches, I must also speak highly of her skills with meal prep. I couldn’t have done it without her! Exercise alone is good, dieting alone is good. Combine the two with Lina’s expertise, you can’t go wrong! As a matter of fact, it’s the only way to go! I suspect that Lina is a rare find among the zillions of trainers to chose from. I was very fortunate that someone else shared her contact information with me. If you have stumbled upon this review by accident, don’t waste a minute nor a second, call her now! You may be fortunate to get on her schedule before someone else takes the empty spot I leave as I go off traveling in Europe. It would be nice to say “Honey, I shrunk the trainer….” and pack her along. LOL!!
